Apartments Babský Ranč

Position and access:
Babský Ranč is located in beautiful environment of the central part of Sumava Mountains, in their highest village of Filipova Hut, on the border between Plzen and Ceske Budejovice regions, between villages Modrava and Kvilda.

Equipment and services:
The apartments have one living space with kitchen area (refrigerator, microwave oven), satellite TV, sofa, tabouret, dining and coffee table. The modern bathroom with possibility of washing machine. The apartments have 1-2 bedrooms depending on size and they are equipped to accommodate 4-7 persons.

Recreation and services in surroundings:
Filipova Hut is the ideal starting point for the hiking. In winter the location is ideal mainly for cross country skiers. In the central Šumava there is abour 80km regularly machine-maintained cross-country trails and dozens of kilometers of other trails. In the summer Šumava Mountains are ideal especially for cycling - numerous cycling trails.
