Location: 15 minutes from Liberec, 12 minutes from Jablonec nad Nisou, 60 minutes from Prague. Parking by cottage for whole year is for free. Location: mountain cottage BALADA is situated in the middle of Jizerské mountain. Recreation resort Bedrichov has great location, views, view tower and beautiful nature. It is the enter point for 150km of ski country cross trails. Ski slope has also technical snow and night skiing. Summer time: tourism, biking, tennis, swimming, horseback riding. In Bedřichov are world races in biking and ski country cross trails.

Cottage: common room with indoor fire place, large kitchen for group cooking, bike storage, ski storage, dryer room, sauna – enter to the snow, rest room, play room, large garden with play room, terrace, open fire place and barbecue. Pets are allowed. Apartments have own kitchen with microwave oven, tea kettle, TV with SAT, bathroom with shower and toilet.
Apartment number 2,3,4 has also attic room with wooden steps. Service: dining for whole groups (breakfast or half board), team building for companies, outdoor program, training in management.
