Cottage Vltava is situated about 300m from down-square (town-hall) in Rokytnice nad Jizerou, part Horní Kout. You can come by car, bus or train. Own parking place.

Recreation and services in surroundings
Downhill ski-routes for advanced skiers "Lysá hora" are situated only 1700m from cottage (transport by skibus from town-square). Ski routes "Studenov" for intermediate and beginners are only 700m far. Many cross-country skiing tracks.
In Rokytnice there are post office, shops, chemist´s, medical centre, ski schools, bike and ski liveries nad services, gym or tennis courts. In summer there are also ideal conditions for hiking and mountain biking, paragliding, rafting (upper part of river Jizera WW 2-4). Swimming pool in Jablonec nad Jizerou (5km), natural swimming pool 10km.
