The house is situated in a quiet part of town Bozi Dar in altitude of 1035 meters above sea level near the border with Germany. Bozi Dar, thanks nearby ski resorts Klínovec, Fichtelberg and Neklid, is the most important center of winter sports in the Ore Mountains. In the house there are 2 modern equipped accommodation units - for 5 persons with 1 extra bed and 1 studio for 2-3 persons with possibility of extra bed. Each is equipped with a foyer, own sanitary facility, kitchen and dining area, cable TV and internet connection. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, cooker, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster and a complete set of dishes and cutlery. Ski room with boats dryer in the house. Parking by the house. The whole house is no smoking.

Recreation and services in surroundings
An ideal place for cross-country skiing - prepared cross-country ski trail leads directly from the house. Well prepared cross-country tracks with length of 70km in surroundings and another in Germany with lenght of 50km. Downill skiing resorts Bozi Dar-Neklid, Fichtelberg and Klínovec (3km - ski-bus).
Not far from the house starts very popular children's path "Christmas way". Close to the children's ski area Novako. About 400km hiking and cycling paths. The town there is 10 restaurants, ski schools and ski rentals, information center, museum, shop, tennis court. New aquacenter in Jáchymov, gym and swimming pool in Oberwiesenthal.
