The house is situated in a quiet part of town Bozi Dar in altitude of 1035 meters above sea level near the border with Germany. Bozi Dar, thanks nearby ski resorts Klínovec, Fichtelberg and Neklid, is the most important center of winter sports in the Ore Mountains.
