Object is situated at the edge of town Roznov p/R in beautiful and quiet location by the wood. Object is access able by car for all year around, also by bus or railway to Roznov p/R.

Equipment and services:
Object has 8 beds and four additional beds in two apartments and one room. All has own bathroom with bath or shower and toilet. Sheets, towels, kitchen is equipped with dishes. It is possible to order breakfasts. Rooms have TV, cooler and are typical equipped. Outdoor pool, playpit and large garden are the part of the pension. Terrace and barbecue. There is a possible connection to the Internet.

Recreation and services in surroundings:
Bathing in the summer time, trips to the surrounding (Koprivnice – car museum, Pustevy-Radhost, Javornik, Vizovice – castle and else), hiking, horse back riding, tennis courts, skiing, country cross skiing, grand discounts in the offseason.
