Position and access:
The house is easy accessible on the road (also in winter). It is situated in the quiet part of village Janov v Orlických horách and has its own private area of 1ha - quiet and privacy. Typical rustic house - two separate entrances. We let the part with No.8. The second half os the house No.9 is also rented, and it is possible to increase the capacity.

Equipment and services:
The part of house No.8 (3+1) is perfect equipped and offers the home comfort with WIFI. We let the whole house or its part. There are 6 beds and a cot in 2 bedrooms and settee bed in the living room. Recreation and services in surroundings:
Dictance of ski centres - Deštné v O.h. (10km), Sedloňov (5km), Nový Hrádek (4km), Čihalka (9km) - on the asphalt roads. Surroundings offers ideal conditions for hiking, cycling, cross-country skiing or downhill skiing. Natural open air pool, volleyball court and snack-bar are only 10min from the house. The nearest restaurant (pub) is only 20min on foot.
