The region of Broumov is determined by Broumov´s highlands on the border between Czech Republic and Poland. The highlands is splited to three parts. First is the Meziměstská highland with Javoří mountains (the highest peak is Ruprechtický pičák, 880 m) and Broumov´s fold, second the Polická highlands with Broumov´s rock-towns, Stolové mountains (Poland) and Polická basin. Third part is determined by acléřská highlands with Radvanickou highlands and Jestřebí mountains. The region of Broumov is famous at first thanks the rock-towns, for example Teplicko-adrpaské skály or Broumovské stěny. It is the paradise for rock climbers and tourists. The main part of region of Broumov were proclaimed as State nature preserve.
