Route begins near the railway station in villae Staré Sedliště and goes on green tourist way to Nové Sedliště and along the pond Labutí rybník to village Labuť. From there the route mounts to Újezd pod Přimdou and continues under the top of mountain Přimda to small town Přimda. Than it goes over the hill Málkovský vrch to ruins of church of St. Apolena nad over the hill vystrý to village Třemešná, where it finishes.
