Three rebuilt apartments 3+1 are situated in one building, one apartment has capacity 8-10 persons. Apartments are equipped with kitchen, cooler, microwave oven, TV+SAT+DVD. Four cabin lifts (200-500m). Restaurant, disco, shops, cinema, post office, infocentre 10-50m.

Three slopes with making snow and night skiing are situated about 300-600m from the cottage. Summer time: hiking, biking, picking up of mushrooms and blueberries. Swimming pool is in village Potucky (distance 10km). Trips to village Bozi Dar and Klinovec or in Karlovy Vary.
