Cottage Jindrichuv dum is situated in one of the most beautiful part of east Giant mountains, in Pec pod Snezkou in the elevation 1030m. Parking is possible by the cottage in the summer time, you can use parking in Pec in the winter time. Great access to Pec is by bus (directly lines from Prague, Brno, Ceske Budejovice and else) Train is coming only in Svoboda nad Upou, after you need to take some bus, bus station is near the railway station.
Equipment and services
We offer accommodation in 2,3,4 and 5 beds rooms. Each room has wash-basin with warm and cold water. Showers and toilets are common at each floor. Dinning is available as a half and fool board. The accommodation with breakfast is possible in the summer time. The most of the food is typical Czech food. Vegetarian food is possible if you let us know forward.
You can spend your evening in the bar, or watch the TV or video in the common room with the fire place. We have common room, where you can play minigolf, ping pong, or another games.
Recreation and services in surroundings
Giant mountains are popular because mountains are various. It can take just two or three hours to get up the mountains. You can pass around beech woods, pine woods, and else. Giant mountains have large flora and fauna, where you can see, that Krkonose were the cross of the north and alpine nature.
We can recommend to you trip at near Cerna Hora, peat bog at Svetla Hora with deep of peat bog 2,5m. You will like at the milk farm Sosna, where you can taste homely yogurts and else. But the best trip is at the peak mountain Snezka 1602m, where is beautiful views to czech and polands mountains Giant mountains.
