Pension is situated in the quiet place of spa town Lazne Kynzvart, which is located in the middle of Slavkovsky les. Town has a bus station, railway station and distance to the town is 2km. Distance to Kynzvart is 12km from Marianske Lazne, where is lift with two slopes, 25km from Cheb.

There are two separated rooms with two beds, terrace, shower, toilet, equipped kitchen with cooler, stove, tea kettle and microwave oven, color TV. Parking is at the garden, riding of the horses, barbecue.
