Location and access
Accommodation is located in the village of Hojsova Stráž. Železná Ruda is about 12 km away and Klatovy about 30 km from the cottage. Large spectrum of hiking and cycling trips. Bicycle trips to the surroundings (or even the possibility of using the BIKE PARK in the Špičák sports complex). Possibility of using "green buses" for transporting bicycles (from Klatovy to Železná Ruda and back) - according to the timetable - for less skilled cyclists - from Špičák it is possible in the summer season to use the "green bus" to connect with the whole Sumava. In winter there are ski resorts and cross-country skiing trails nearby. It is possible to use the multi-purpose playground (tennis, football, volleyball) - directly in the neighbouring building after agreement with the owners of the guesthouse (rental for a fee).

On the ground floor we offer an apartment with two bedrooms (fixed beds for 4 people + extra bed - an expandable chair), kitchen, bathroom with toilet and shower, TV, hairdryer. Upstairs we also offer an apartment with two bedrooms (4 beds + possibility of extra bed on a folding chair), kitchen, bathroom with toilet and shower, TV, hairdryer. Bed linen and towels are included in the apartments. In case of stays with small children there is a possibility to rent a cot and a high chair. The cottage also has a ski/bike storage room. Parking is possible by the cottage.

Restaurant U Rösselů - directly adjacent to the cottage. There is also a convenience store in Hojsova Stráž. Possibility of swimming: natural swimming pool Nýrsko (13km), water entertainment centre Kdyně (29km), Osserbad Lamm (DE) (34km), water sports centre Zwiessel (DE) (27km). In the winter season: possibility of hiking in the surroundings of Hojsova Stráž, connection to marked cross-country tracks - in the season they are groomed, downhill skiing - Ski Resort Špičák + other ski resorts on Špičák and in Železná Ruda, Velký Javor (DE). For families with children and less skilled skiers the possibility of using 2 ski lifts in Hojsova Stráž.
