Location and access
It is located in quiet part of Zelezna Ruda, the largest holiday resort in the western part of Sumava Mountains, just 700m from the center of town.
Equipment and services
Guesthouse offers restaurant with bar and TV, fitness center, gym, tennis court, volleyball, table tennis, table football, sauna, children's corner or billard. You can rent sports equipment, including mountain bikes. It is an ideal choice for quiet family holiday but also for active sports stay.

In winter there are excellent conditions for skiing on south-facing slopes and cross-country skiing. The house is located 300 meters from the children slope. Ski-train station is 100m away and it takes 10 minutes to the ski resort Spicak. Ski resort Velky Javor is 6km away. Thanks this very convenient location near the border with Germany the guestshouse is a great place for exploring the Sumava Mountains and the Bavarian Forest. There is a large number of well-marked hiking and cycling trails. In summer you can visit natural swimming pool in the village.
