Location and access
The house is situated at the upper end of the village, on dead-end street. It is a quiet location in the PLA on the south-eastern slope of the mountain Lipska hora with with view of the southern edge of the Czech Central Mountains and valley of river Ohre. The house is easy accessible all year-round from the highway D8 (about 8km from the planned Exit 51 Velemin). The access road is well maintained also in winter (snowplough).
Equipment and services
Private accommodation with garden. Kitchen with dining area, living room with fireplace and sofa bed, bedroom and bathroom with toilet. The house has a partially covered terrace (24m2) and garden (360m2). The house is heated by gas. The kitchen is equipped with electric oven, gas stove, refrigerator, washing machine, TV.

The nearest grocery store is in Milesov (4km), convenience store in Trebenice (7km), supermarkets in Lovosice (10km); the nearest restaurant in Kocourov (2km). Local playground in Medvedice, swimming pool in Mrsklesy (1700m), pond for swimming in Milesov (4km). Ideal starting point for hikes in the area by Milesovka. Trips can be routed to the numerous hills of volcanic origin (Milesovka, Lovos, Borec, Lipska, Boren, ...). There is also a lot of medieval castles ruins (Hazmburk, Oltarik, Kostalov, Ostry, Vlastislav, Oparno, ...) and chateaus (Libochovice, Budyne), numerous historic towns (Litomerice, Louny, Teplice), Museum of Czech garnet in Trebenice and Memorial in Terezin.
