Location and access
The villa is located 300 meters from the beach and 100 meters from the Aquapark and spa complex. Frymburk 269 is located in a quiet part of town Frymburk and is surrounded by similar villas, but villa is separate ground floor object. This is very important criterion, especially if you are family with young children, seniors or people with disabilities.
Equipment and services
The villa consists of living room with fireplace and kitchen, four bedrooms, bathroom, WC, laundry room, terrace, swimming pool and parking. Villa with private swimming pool has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, large fireplace room with kitchen, dining and sitting area where you can watch satellite TV and DVD. The villa can comfortably accommodate at least 8 persons and more. The villa has only ground floor, which is a huge advantage for families with children, seniors or people with disabilities. It is equipped also for children - cot, high chair and swing. The price depends on the number of persons. Price includes charges for water, electricity, TV and Internet. Wood for the fireplace is free for use. Smoking is prohibited, please follow this restriction. There are two parking spaces, one of them is covered. Two more parking spaces outside the villa. The villa is located 300 meters from the beach and 100 meters from the Aquapark and spa complex.
