From the Javornik village to the Filipovske udoli valley and the Sibenicky vrch hill
The route leads mainly along local educational path. It begins in Javornik by a church. From here we set off following green signs on a route lengthways the Hruby potok stream to valley Filipovske udoli. After 2 kilometres we come along a settlement with some cottages. But we still continue passing a valley as far as a crossroads by “Lisci bouda” and next still on the green tourist path to the end of the valley, to the chalet Mengovka with a marker of Dr. J. M. Hruban. The next way goes to the Kubikuv vrch hill on a very steep trail. In Kubikuv vrch we turn from the educational path and alongside the green path we walk slightly up the hill to the mountain Sibenicky vrch, from where a beautiful view of Slovak side can be enjoyed.
