The apartment is located in a newly built stylish complex Apartment Medvedin. It has a very quiet area: on the ground floor with view of a large grassy courtyard with a pond and playground. Direct access to a small terrace with table and chairs with mountain view. Visitors will appreciate the location of the complex: 100m to the chairlift Medvědín, 100m to the Water Park, 50m from the bus stop to Spindlerovka, directly by the Elbe and blue tourist path, about 400m from the entrance to the Elbe Valley and 800m from the entrance to the White Elbe Valley. Access on the road from Spindleruv Mlyn to Spindlerovka (before the Giant Mountains National Park entrance, so there you need no entry permit). Parking in an underground garage directly in the complex, access to the apartment by stairs or elevator.

There are also cabinets and other storage space in the hallway.
