Location and access
Welcome to the new apartments Permoník. 4 duplex apartments, 2 single-storey apartments and 2 studios have been newly renovated in years 2019-2021. They are located in the picturesque Giant Mountains village Malá Úpa at an altitude of 850m above sea level. In winter, parking is provided by the Malá Úpa Municipality at the parking Spálený Mlýn. We will arrange your luggage delivery.
Equipment and services
The apartments are modern and newly equipped with a kitchen, fridge with freezer, induction hob, microwave oven and kitchen equipment. A great advantage are the common spaces for our apartments, which all guests staying can use. You will find a children's playroom, gym, sauna and a self-service bar here. In the duplex apartments you will find a living room on the lower floor, a sofa bed, TV, free Wi-Fi, dining table and bathroom. Upstairs there are two double beds next to each other and one single bed. The mattresses are new, harder, made-to-measure. The studios have one bedroom equipped with a double bed and a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The single-storey apartments - the first offers accommodation with a terrace and exit directly to the playground. The second located on the ground floor is the only one equipped with a whirlpool. There is also an aquarium in the living room.

Children's playground. Very quiet part of the village with wonderful views. Mountain Snežka is only 12km from the house. All lovers of mountain hikes, whether summer or winter, will come into their own. Picturesque nature and quiet area. Guests will find carefully prepared tips for nearby and distant excursions in each apartment.
