Atrium house is located on the outskirts of town Frymburk in a quiet location. About 200m from sandy beach and the Lipno Lake and 150m from the asphalt cycling path leading along the lake to Lipno nad Vltavou. You do not need pass the road - especially ideal for families with children. The square is about 10 min waling and Wellness hotel 5 min waling from the house - many sports and wellness facilities for the public. Frymburk is located between Cerna v Posumavi and Lipno nad Vltavou. You can also use the ferry for tourists, cyclists and cars to the other side of Lipno Lake. In the surroundings there are a lot of cultural monuments: castle Cesky Krumlov, castle Rozmberk, ruins of castle Vitkuv kamen, Postal museum or monastery in Vyssi Brod. Other attractive tourist destinations are also hydroelectric power station Lipno or Certova stena rock formation. In the surroundings of Frymburk there are laso many cycling paths, cross-country skiing trails and ski-resort in Lipno nad Vltavou. The location is also ideal for fishermen.

The house offers fully equipped kitchen (fridge with small freezer, dishwasher, stove with oven, coffee maker, toaster, microwave oven, dishes) with dining part, living room with sofa bed, TV, fireplace. The house has 3 bedrooms: 1st bedroom with a double bed with storey bed (1 bed above the double bed), 2nd bedroom with two single beds and 3rd bedroom with storey bed and a single bed. Possibility of extra bed - sofa in the living room. The house has a total of 10 beds (including extra beds) and a cot (bedclothes is included, towels need to take with you). For children there is also one high dining chair. Separate toilet in the hall and bathroom with tub and toilet. The house has a garage used as storage for bicycles and skis. Parking in front of the house (2-3 cars) or in the yard (one car). The yard is enclosed, in summer you can use trampoline for children, outdoor patio, barbecue and sandpit. The house has Wifi connection.
