Detailed description of the object

Location and access
We offer comfortable accommodation for 20 persons. This comfortable family house can be divided into two separate apartments (A for 6-8 persons, B for 8-12 persons) with own entrance. Or you can rent the whole house (apartments can be connected)
Equipment and services
Apartment A in the ground floor: 2 bedrooms (each with 4 beds), separate fully equipped kitchen with large dining table. The bathroom is equipped with a corner bath and shower. Separate toilet. From the living room you can go directly into the garden with swimming pool, in summer whirlpool, pergola and playground. Apartment B on the first floor: 4 equipped bedrooms (2x3, 1x4, 1x2 beds). Large spacious comfortably equipped kitchen (dishwasher) with a large dining table for 12 persons. The bathroom is equipped with a corner bath and shower. Separate toilet. The whole house is heated by gas. Parking directly by the house. Garden with heated swimming pool and sitting with pergola. Visitors can use grill, table tennis, darts, trampoline, swings and other sports equipment for children. The whole area is completely enclosed.

Little mountain village Horni Branna is situated 4km southwest from town Vrchlabi and 4km from town Jilemnice. There are shops and restaurants are in the village. Summer season: the area is ideal for cycling (cycle paths), tennis courts and playground in the village. Winter season: ideal for cross-country skiing (pathes connected to Jilemnice, Misecky, Spindleruv Mlyn). The nearest ski lifts are Herlíkovice (4km), Vitkovice - Aldrov (10km), Benecko (10km), Spindleruv Mlyn (20km). Indoor swimming pool (25m long) in Jilemnice (4km), aquapark - Špindlerův Mlýn 15 km.. Bus stop (0.4km), railway station (1km), supermarket, post office (0.4km), restaurant (0.3km), playground, tennis courts, ice rink in case of frost (0.4km).
