Location and access
Cottage is situated in a quiet part of Rokytnice nad Jizerou, on semi-hamlet near the forest. Its location is an ideal starting point for hiking and biking on marked trails. In winter, cross country and downhill skiing in the Giant Mountains. Town Harrachov 9km, Jablonec nad Jizerou 5km and Tanvald 15km. The owner doesn´t live in the house. Parking is available by the house also in winter.
Equipment and services
The cottage offers common/dining room with tables, benches, sofa, TV, CD player and fireplace. Separate kitchen with kitchen unit (microwave oven, refrigerator, table hot-air oven with grill, electric kettle, toaster and dishes for cooking, baking and dinning). In the ground floor there are also shared toilets and bathroom with shower. Cottage has capacity of 20 beds in 4 rooms. Room No.1 is situated on the ground floor with a capacity of 5 beds. On the 1st floor of the cottage there are located 3 more rooms: Room No.2 with a capacity of 4 beds, room No.3 with a capacity of 7 beds and droom No.4 with a capacity of 4 beds. Heating is provided by central fireplace and stove Petra (solid fuel) in each room. By the cottage there are open place, swing, sitting by fireplace with grill and small playground for various games.

Cross-country skiers can make trips to Giant and Jizera Mountains. There are many ski lifts and slopes of all difficulties. Restaurants (1,5km), shops (1,5km), town centre (2km).
