Location and access
Recreational house is situated on the fenced plot (about 3000 square meters), in a quiet area of Svoboda nad Upou - Dolni Marsov (at the very end of town - direction of Pec pod Sněžkou - see map).
Equipment and services
The house has central automatic heating. In the summer months you can use sitting in the garden, barbecue or terrace with garden furniture. Pets are allowed. Ground floor: entrance, veranda with table tennis. Upper floor: living room with satellite TV (satellites Astra 1 and 3), sofa and two chairs, fully equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, electric kettle, coffee machine), pantry, rustical dining room is nicely decorated, bedroom with double bed and extra bed, room with stairs to the attic with single bed and bookcase, large bathroom with bath + toilet, washing machine, hot water all year round. Winter: downhill skiing in the Mlade Buky, Janske Lazne (4km), Svoboda nad Upou, Pec pod Snezkou (9km), Spindleruv Mlyn (34km). The new ski resort with night skiing in Mlade Buky (5km). Bus stop (250m), possibility to use ski-bus, glocery and restaurants (about 500m). Post office and bank in Svoboda nad Upou (2km).
