Location and access
The guest-house is situated near the village Nové hutě, on the border of National Park Sumava. Access from Vimperk, through village Nová Hutě, direction to Borová Lada and than 1,5km to crossroad U Studeného Potoka. Bus station Nové Hutě - Polesí 200m by the house.
Equipment and services
We offer accommodation with half board. Every room has TV, radio, own bathroom with shower and WC. Some rooms have also balcony. Guests can use the ski and bike room (gratis). In summer you can sitting outdoor around the fire place or swimming in small swimming bath. Near the house is playground with slide, sandpit and swing, as well as a swimming pool with (depth of 1m). In winter we offer a 50% discount on tickets to ski lift Nové Hutě.

Ski and bike rental in the village, small shop with basic products. Cycling and cross-country skiing tracks direct by the guest-house.
