House is easy accesible in southern part of village Kvilda, in the heartbeat of Šumava plains, near the junction of rivers Vltava and Kvildský potok. 7 km from the source of river Vltava. Access from Prague on road No. 4 Strakonice-Vimperk-Kvilda, from Plzeň (Pilsen) Sušice-Rejštejn-Horská Kvilda-Kvilda, from České Budějovice Netolice-Husinec-Vimperk-Kvilda, from Bavaria (Germany) - border cross Strážný-Horní Vltavice-Borová Lada-Kvilda.

House is equipped by new interieur.
