Row house is situated by Lipno lake in Frymburk, between Cerna v Posumavi and Lipno nad Vltavou. Private accommodation (whole house without owner) is located near the Lipno lake (200m). Access to lake is safe (no crossing over the road, ideal for families with children). Approximately 150m from the bike path to the Lipno nad Vltavou, directly around the lake. Quiet location, 5 min from the hotel with public wellness center (swimming pool with water slide, sauna world, salt cave, bowling, squash, wellness, massages), 10 min walk to the square (grocery, restaurant, patisserie).

New row house. There is a fully equipped kitchen (el.stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, el.kettle, dishwasher) with dining table, living room with fireplace and sofa bed. Four bedrooms: 1 bedroom on the ground floor next to the living room with storey bed, 3 double bedrooms on the first floor. Separate toilet in the ground floor, bathroom with bath, WC and washing machine with dryer in the first floor. Baby cot and highchair. Entrance from the living room to the fenced garden (50m2), with outdoor seating under a pergola, fireplace, trampoline and sandpit for children. Parking for 2-3 cars in front of the house.
