The prices include VAT.

Reservation fee is 30% of the total price of accommodation. After written or telephone order you will be confirmed the reservation. You will be given a variable number for your reservation. After that, your reservation will be active for 14 days. Once the reservation amount has been credited to our account, you will receive a binding order confirmation by email.

Cancellation fees:
50% of the booking deposit will be refunded up to 30 days before arrival.
15% of the booking deposit will be refunded up to 15 days before arrival.
from 14 days before arrival we do not refund the booking fee.

A buffet breakfast is included.
