Apartment is situated on the periphery of village Lázně Lipová. Around the garden is brook, which is full of trout. Never ending wood (30–40 km) is right behind the house. Bus station is only 2 minutes and railway station 5 minutes by foot. Parking on the enclosured ground.

In the neighbourhood there are three downhill routes Miroslav with technical snow and night skiing. Other ski centres are Lázeňský vrch (3 lifts + children´s lift), Ramzová (7km, chair lift), Petříkov, Ostružná. Many tourist and cycling track in the surroundings. Wellness in town. You can also visti stalactical caves Na Pomezí and Špičák, chateaus in Javorník and Velké Losiny, indoor swimming pool in Lázně Jeseník, spa Karlova Studánka, museum of minerals and jewels, theatre or cinema in Jeseník and many others. The state frontier with Poland is only 20km far.
