The apartments are located on the edge of the upper part of Rokytnice nad Jizerou, in the Rokytno part, about 500m from the upper square of Rokytnice nad Jizerou, in the place where the valley begins to rise into the mountain slopes. In close proximity to four ski lifts and hiking trails. Easy access by car.

This accommodation is situated in the attic of a stylish house. There are two romantic apartments with kitchenettes. 1 extra bed or 1 baby cot can be added to the studio. Each apartment is an attic room open up to the top of the roof with visible beams, Eurowindows and a skylight. There is a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a LCD television with satellite reception (about 300 channels) and WIFI – internet connection. It sleeps four people and features two double beds, one of which can be used as a sofa during the day. There are also two comfortable armchairs, fitted wardrobes and storage compartments. There is a fully equipped kitchenette with a glass-ceramic hob, a fridge, sink, microwave oven, cofee machine, an electric cattle, toaster and basic dishes. There is a conference table and a dining table, which offers a convenient way of eating. Views of the countryside, garden and ski slopes Both apartments are non-smoking! You can also securely store your ski and snowboard equipment in the lockable storage room that we transform into bike storage during summer.

Apartments have special location, mainly in the winter time. Ski school and Yetti rental available. Distance to 4 ski lifts is 100–200m, and distance to main ski resort Horni Domky is 3 minutes by car or skibus – return is possible at ski. Lot of adventure in the free time: snowtubing, night skiing, sport hall with bowling, tennis courts and football ground. Lot of biking and hiking trails, canoeing, rafting and fishing possible at river Jizera in the spring and summer time.
