Detailed description of the object

Location and access
Apartments Řezáč are located in the ski resort Studenov in Rokytnice nad Jizerou, about 700m from the center of town (all shops and services). The apartments are accessible also in winter time. Parking for guests by the house. The bus stop is about 700m away. There is a ski slope with artificial snow and night skiing and bobsledding only few steps from the house. Minimal car traffic around the house - safe for children.
Equipment and services
We offer 11 fully equipped apartments for 2-4 persons with an extra bed for a child. Ski storage with camera system. Restaurant with bar and terrace with really good reputation for cuisine at a high level. We use only fresh ingredients. New apartments are tastefully furnished, spacious and comfortale - (bed - standard form of the bed with a length 160cm). We plan to build a shared SPA and wellness in apartment house in the year 2015. Equipment: LCD TV with cable channels, internet WIFI, wardrobes with hangers, towels, equipped kitchenette with fridge, hob, microwave oven, electric kettle and crockery, towels and cleaning products. Bathroom with shower, sink, mirror and bathroom. The bathroom has underfloor heating and also "heating ladder" for drying towels or clothing.

Restaurant with full service in the house. Ski slope with night skiing and bobsleigh possibilities only 50m away. Ski resorts: Studenov and Parez 0km, Dolni Rokytnice (Sachrovka) 1.5km, Rokytnice - Lysa Hora 3.5km, Paseky nad Jizerou 6.5km. Skiing and other winter sports, ski and winter sports equipment rentals, ski schools. Children's table football, billiards, darts, variety of games and toys for children in the house. There are also nightclubs and discos, bowling in Rokytnice.
