Location and access
We offer accommodation in a newly built and well-equipped house, located on the outskirts of the village Prosečné, in the foothills of the Giant Mountains, near the town Vrchlabí and within a short driving distance of famous ski resorts. The location is suitable for holidays all year round. Very spacious and luxuriously equipped two-storey house with 22 beds, central recuperation and underfloor heating. The house has 5 quadruple rooms and 1 double room, all situated on the 1st floor together with 2 bathrooms and a toilet. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with kitchen and dining area and children's play area, bathroom with toilet and Finnish sauna. The living room is connected to a spacious terrace and a covered heated swimming pool 12x4 m (in the winter season the pool is not operated). There is a large parking for 6 cars by the house, while there is also the possibility to park in front of the house in the public parking lot. For the summer season we will prepare a children's climbing frame with swings.
Equipment and services
Fully equipped kitchen, electric induction hob, microwave oven, electric oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, dreft beer equipment, wine cellar, spacious fridge/freezer, all utensils and TV. A cot and highchair are available. Coffee machine for coffee beans. In each room there is a wardrobe, bed linen, towels and bath towels.
