Detailed description of the object

Location and access
The cottage is located on a hill on the southern slope above Roznov pod Radhostem, by the forest with a beautiful view of the Beskydy Mountains. The town center can be reached on foot within 15 minutes. The restaurant with excellent cuisine and beer is only 5-minute walk downhill. After 10-minute walk uphill you can visit Jurkovič's view-tower. Near Wallachian Open Air Museum. Rožnov brewery and Fairytale spa 30 min. walk, 5 min. by car. In winter you can visit ski resorts after 15 minutes by car (Ski resort Sachova Studanka), 30 minutes (Ski resort Bila).
Equipment and services
Cottage for 8-10 persons with a hallway, ski room, kitchen, living room, bedroom on the ground floor and three bedrooms on the 1st floor (2x double, 1x triple). Each floor has bathroom with toilet and bath (on the ground floor also with shower). Pleasant sitting on the terrace behind the house in the garden with tall trees and maximum privacy. Possibility of barbecue. In the summer months there is an aboveground swimming pool with a diameter of 4m, with solar water heating. TV, satellite, WiFi. Kitchen equipment: fridge with freezer, ceramic hob, electric kettle, toaster. 2 baby cots (1 wooden, 1 travel).
