Detailed description of the object

Location and access
The cottage is situated on the edge of the village Rokytna. Access from Nove Mesto na Morave (4km) direction to Snezne and turn right at the beginning of the village (by the cow-house) on the minor roads (gravel), which connects the Tri Studne and Vlachovice. The village is also accessible by bus. Railway station in Nove Mesto na Morave (4km). Smoking in cottage is forbidden.
Equipment and services
Two living floors, which can be separated by sliding doors and attic with 3 beds. WC, bathroom with bath and shower on each floor. On the top floor there are one double bedroom and room with fireplace. Ground floor offers 2 double bedrooms (large and small) and 1 common kitchen with tiled stove and 1 bed. Kitchen: equipped kitchen unit, microwave oven, electric stove, toaster, electric kettle. WIFI Internet connection, TV, DVD. Chipping simulator. In the garden: barbecue, fireplace, electric darts, petanque. Garage + one outdoor parking place. Infrasauna. Smoking in cottage is forbidden!

Well equipped children's playground in the village (by closed hotel Rokytno). Small pub Hasicka. The closest restaurants is Marsovska rychta (1.8km), more possibilities in Tri Studne (2.5km) and Nove Mesto na Morave (4km). Ski resort Harusuv kopec (5km). Hiking, biking and cross-country skiing trails in direction of Ski hotel (Biathlon World Cup) and Tri Studne near the house. Swimming in Medlov pond and Sykovec pond in Tri Studne (2.5 km walk) or Novomestsky pond (2.5km walk). Practice climbing rocks - Pasecka, Dratenicky, Devet Skal. Zelena Hora (UNESCO) in Zdar nad sazavou, rural reservation Kratka, Jimramov. Nove Mesto na Morave - Information center and Horacka Gallery, museum.
