Location and access
Dear guests, we would like to invite you to our stylish mountain guesthouse Lipa. It is located in the picturesque valley of the Upa river, about 9km from Pec pod Snezkou - the center of eastern Giant Mountains. It offers complete range of services that will satisfy even the most demanding clients. Location of house offers ideal conditions for summer and winter sports. It is only 500m away from the romantic Liseciny Valley. History lovers can walk to the romantic ruins of castle Aichelburg (reconstructed, just 3/4 hours along the Upa river). Spa and mountain resort Janske Lazne is 6km away.
Equipment and services
Stylish gusthouse in a quiet part of Horni Marsov offers comfortable accommodation in the heart of eastern Giant Mountains. The total capacity is 32 beds in 7 rooms. Each room is equipped with bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, cable TV and table with seating. The ground floor there is stylish and cozy restaurant and bar with indoor fireplace. The total capacity of restaurant is about 30 guests. Of course we offer the specialties of local cuisine. In summer, guests can use the outdoor terrace with seating, playground with children pool and sandpit. Skiers and cyclists can store their equipment in locked to ski / bike room. Parking directly in front of the house for free parking. We offer also unique possibility to familiarize with a dog breed Siberian Husky.

Recreation and services in surroundings
The guestshouse is directly connected on Giant Mountains Cross-coutrey System in winter. Guests, both cross-country skiers and hikers. Because the guesthouse is located in the midst of large winter resorts, it offers perfect conditions for downhill skiing. The surrounding resorts are: Pec pod Snezkou, Portasky, Janske Lazne, etc. You can be spent every day on other slopes and in another resort. These resorts are connected by free ski bus (if you have skipass). There is a wide range of sports activities in the summer months: tennis courts 800m, the school gym 200m away. We recommend visiting the nearby forest swimming pool (8km from Horni Marsov). We also recommend summer tubing, bikepark, bobsleigh track, trampolines or bungee trampolines.
