Hotel AMERIKA lies on the route Prague - the capital city and Brno - moravian largest city, in the Czech-moravian Highlands. It is situated close to D1 highway, a 2-minute drive from the Velke Mezirici - zapad exit. Velke Mezirici is an intersection of west-east and north-south ways. Not only is it favourably situated close to the highway, it is also a geographical center of our country.

Catering is provided by a restaurant with capacity about 100 people. The restaurant disposes with two launches for 50 resp. 30 peole and a wineroom for 15 people. Delicious czech cuisine is supplemented with special recepies of foreign cuisines. The wide menu offers vegetarian meals, vegetable meals, desserts, sundaes etc. Special offer: grilling, barbecue, pork feast. Meal tickets: Ticket Restaurant, Exit Group. Hotel reception: non-stop. The hotel disposes with double-bed and triple-bed rooms and 3 suits. The rooms are comfortable fitted with shower, toilet, satelite TV and telephone. Hotel AMERIKA is situated in the middle of woods, in a very quiet place. There are two ponds right in front the hotel, one for swimming and the other one for fishing. There are tennis courts, sport grounds, child playground, open fire-place, terrace with a small pool, minifitness, billiards, table tennis, all within the hotel area. We provide horse riding for all beginners and advanced. We rent mountain bikes and boats (there is a storage room for own bikes too). Nearby the hotel you can find several walking and bicycling paths. Not far from the hotel there is public open swimming pool. In winter time there are country-ski traces along the hotel. A ski resort "Fajtuv kopec" with evening skiing is situated 4 km away from the hotel. Summer recreation: mid June - mid September. Winter recreation: last week in December (December, January upon agreement). Nearby sights: Perstejn Castle, Western City Sikluv Mlyn, Namest nad Oslavou and Budisov Castles, ZOO and catacombs in Jihlava, "Sypka" Gallery in Osová. Velke Mezirici: Castle with homeland study museum and transport museum, St. Nicholas Church (luminous church clock), Jewish synagogue and cementery.
