The house is situated on the hill, about 400m by the main road to Trutnov, in region Trutnov 3 - Bohuslavice nad Upou, in altitude about 550m. The centre of town Trutnov is 5 minutes far by car. Bus and railway station. All roads are carriageable also in winter time. Ideal location for summer nad winter recreation (ski centre Petrikovice 5km, ski centre Mlade Buky 8km, ski centre Cerna hora 15km - the largest piste in Czech Rep.). Jestrebi hory 10km, Giant mountains (Krkonose) 12km, Adrspach rock-town about 20km. Chateau Kuks, Betlem or ZOO Safari Dvur Kralove.

In the ground floor there are fully equipped kitchen (washer, 2 microwave ovens, stove with oven, toaster, coffee machine, 2 el.kettles, utensils), bathroom with hair dryer, washing machine, smoothing iron, WC, bidet, shower, corner-bath. Eating room with refrigerator, radio, CD player and living room with TV/sat, hallway, 3 three-bed rooms (9) + 2 plank beds for 4 children to 150cm, terrace. In first floor there are hallway with balcony, equipped kitchen, bathroom with bath, WC, living room with fire place, TV/sat, radio, double bed for 2 persons, 1 bedroom for 3 persons and 1 bedroom for 2 persons (2 childrens cot + stools by request). The house is fully for your disposal, without boarding (possibility in near restaurants). In summer you can use swimming pool with diameter 6,5m + 3m slide, terrace, outdoor fire place and garden. In winter you can use sleigh and ski. Absolute privacy - without owner.
