Location and access
The house is situated on a hill in periphery of town Trutnov, in a very quiet location called Oblanov, near the forest and recreational resort Dolce. Thanks to its location and disposition the house offers 100% privacy. Access on year-round maintained communication. Citi bus stop directly by the house. The centre of town Trutnov is 2km far. Distance from Prague is 135km, from Hradec Kralove 45km.
Equipment and services
The house has a floor area 350 square meters. 12 beds + 3 extra beds. In the ground floor there are entrance hall, living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle), dining room, relaxation room with sauna, swimming pool with WC and shower, double bedroom and 4bedroom and 2 bathrooms with WC. In the first floor there are 4 bedroom and 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms. TV, SAT, DVD, Wi-Fi. Guests can use washer and dryer. Garden area (1300 square meters), 2 terraces, fireplace with seating area, grill, sand pit and swing. 3 garages and parking space for 4 cars. The house is heated by electric boiler. Rented can be only the whole building.

The house is situated in walking distance from the recreational resort Dolce, which offers swimming, small aquapark with water slide, tennis court, playground, restaurants and snack bars. Possible of fishing in neighbouring lake. In winter you can visit one of several nearby ski resorts: Petrikovice 7km, Mlade Buky 12km, Prkenny Dul 12km, Janske Lazne 12km, Pec pod Snezkou 17km. Other sport activities and services are available in Trutnov (swimming pools, bowling, sport hall, horse riding, go-karts ...)
