Location and access
The house is located on a sunny hillside above the town, immediately by the Giant Mountains National Park. Easy accessible by car (parking places for 2/3 cars in front of house), by bus or by train (250m). In the town there are restaurants, shops, information centre, bicycle and ski rental, Museum of Krakonoš, farm park with animals. Nearby is also the Tree Top Walk, swimming pools, outdoor swimming pool. In Trutnov (10 minutes away by car) there are shopping centers.
Equipment and services
The accommodation is available all year round. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, microwave, toaster, el.kettle, kitchenette with built-in hob and oven and fridge. One separate toilet, two bathrooms, one with bath, the other upstairs with shower and second toilet. Three double beds and two single beds (in three bedrooms) and possibly a fourth bedroom with three extra beds by arrangement. Wifi 30Mb, TV with the possibility of streaming from the mobile (android, IOS) e.g. Netflix, Youtube. Bedlinen included.

Recreation and services in surroundings
Bike and ski rental, horseback riding, golf course, tennis courts, buses to Pec pod Sněžkou, Janské Lázně, Vrchlabí, Špindlerův Mlýn, from where you can walk or take a ski bus back to the house. Tree Top Walk. By car you can visit rock-town Adršpach, Kuks, Jaroměř, Dvůr Králové nad Labem, Liberec (aquapark). Possibility of trips to Giant mountains area (Rýchory, mountain Sněžka, Pomezní boudy, etc.). By car from Prague Černý Most on the new motorway (2021) takes the access an hour and a quarter.
