Location and access
The house is surrounded by 8ha private land surrounded by forest, about 1km from the center of Klasterec nad Orlici. More than 700 years old municipality Klasterec nad Orlici is situated in the picturesque valley of river Divoka Orlice and is known as the Gateway to the Eagle Mountains.
Access on the forest asphalt road, with a short part on paved natural road.
Equipment and services
We offer stylishly furnished apartment with own entrance on the first floor (the lower part of the house is occupied by the owner's mother - but it doesn´t mean any restrictions, such as night piece, etc.): hall, open fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace, TV, dining table and sofa bed, which can be booked as an extra bed, 1st bedroom with 3 beds, 2nd bedroom with double bed and two beds (+ new mattresses and bedding brand IKEA), bathroom with corner bath and WC accessible from both bedrooms. There are also facilities for families with children (cot incl. bedding, children bath, changing mat, reduction for the toilet seat, potty) and washing machine. Outdoor swimming pool 7x3,5m, pergola with fireplace and barbecue, swing, small brick house for children and plenty of space for free fun.
Recreation and services in surroundings
Ideal location for spending a quiet family holiday, but also for active recreation. Near Pastviny dam with one of the cleanest waters in the Czech Republic, 3km long nature trail in nature preserve Land Gate along the river Divoka Orlice. Possibility to visit near fortresses Bouda nad Hanicka from World War II, nature trail of Moravian Unity of Brethren, chateaus Castolovice, Doudleby, Opocno, Litomysl, castles Potstejn and Litice, cribs in Trebechovice, and many other places that can be found in the guidebooks and maps.
For active recreation we can recommend cross-country skiing or hiking trip on the mountains ridge of Eagle Mountains, quiet small roads for road cyclists and countless trails for bikers. Ski resorts Ricky (rope park in summer), Ceske Petrovice (in summer mountain terrain carts, grassball, mountain scooters) and Pastviny. Horse riding, fishing in the river Divoka Orlice, etc.
