New opened stylish boarding house at a very quiet place. 16 beds in 2,3,4-bed rooms with bathroom, toilet, TV/sat. Restaurant for ONLY the boarding-house's guests. Outdoor walled grille, meadow suitable for sunbathing, mountain bikes, ski, sledge gratis. Fenced land (0.5 ha) incl. parking place.

What is location and accessibility of the object?

Boarding-house is situated at the edge at the Studenec u Horek, near the main Giant mountains centres. Špindlerův Mlýn (20min), Benecko (10min), Vrchlabí (10min), Safari Dvůr Králové (25min), Jilemnice (10min), etc. You can come also by bus - line Prague-Špindlerův Mlýn.

What is the equipment and services provided?

New reconstructed stylish boarding-house, excellent home cuisine, common room serves also as a restaurant for ONLY the boarding-house's guests. 16 beds in 2,3,4-bed rooms with bathroom, toilet, TV/sat. A fenced land (0.5 ha) with meadow suitable for sunbathing with mountain brook, outdoor walled grille. We will gladly lend you sledge, mountain bike or ski - gratis. Week stay includes free ticket to Safari.

What are recreation possibilities and services in surroundings?

Only 10min by car there are swimming pool, discotheque, horse-back riding. In summer mountain you can visit the ski-centres of Špindlerův Mlýn, Herlíkovice, Vítkovice, Horní Mísečky. ZOO Safari Dvůr Králové (20km), rocks Prachovské skály, caves Bozkovské jeskyně, Bohemian Paradise, etc.
