When ordering your stay we will confirm your order, on the basis of which the total price of the stay will be calculated. We will issue an advance invoice in the amount of 50% of the total price of the stay, which you will pay to the specified account. The remaining price of the stay can be paid in cash at the start of the stay or sent to the account before the start of the stay. If it happens that the interested party cannot start the stay for serious reasons, an alternative date can be arranged. The alternative stay must be exhausted within 6 months. If you do not use the alternative date, cancellation fees apply.
