Other information:
For weekly stays, arrival is on Sunday after 3 p.m., departure on Sunday between 10 a.m. and 11 a.m.
For stays of 1 to 6 nights, arrival and departure is by agreement.
The owner lives elsewhere.
A deposit of 5,000 CZK is charged upon arrival at the cottage, which is returned after the end of the stay, if everything is in order.
Groups under the age of 25, without children, have a deposit increased to 10,000 CZK, which is returned to the account within 10 days after the stay.

THE PRICE OF THE STAY INCLUDES
• In winter, the operation of the automatic coal boiler is already included in the price.
• Parking for up to 8 cars.

THE PRICE OF THE STAY DOES NOT INCLUDE
• Consumed electrical energy, about 350 CZK/cottage/night.
• Tourist fee to the village is 20 CZK per person aged 18-70 for each day started.
• Own bed linen, towels and other hygiene items.
• Final cleaning, everyone does it themselves.

WHAT'S NOT IN THE COTTAGE
• Wi-Fi, slippers, lamps, dish cloths, towels, washing-up liquid, dish sponges, wire dish, jar, toilet paper, garbage bags

WEEKEND EVENTS
Weekend events - weddings, birthdays, hen parties and other celebrations... an extra charge of 5,000 CZK on top of off-season prices. For each guest over the capacity of 25 people, we will request an extra 100 CZK for visiting our facility during the day. If he is not accommodated in another of our cottages.

The cottage is equipped to prepare all meals. Fully equipped kitchen. The nearest restaurant about 1,5km.
