The route starts in Horní Jiřetín and continues through Mariánské valley to Mikulovice (crossroads with red 0315) and continues along road to Nová Ves in Moutain (crossroads with red 0315). From there the route goes around bus station (crossroads with green 3924) along state borber to Hora Sv.Kateřiny. Than the route continues to the top of mountain Hora Sv.Kateřiny, where it finishes near the view tower.
