Location and access
The apartment is located directly under the slopes by the road about 200m from the bus stop. Access by car and bus is very easy even in winter. The garage and parking in front of the garage can be used (both are included in the price).
Equipment and services
Location - 3rd floor of the apartment house directly under the ski slopes (the nearest ski lift 30m). Rooms are orientated to the south (view of the slopes and ski school). 2 + kitchen unit, balcony, garage. Capacity - 4 adult persons (2 extra beds possible, the total capacity up to 6 persons). Parking - garage and parking place in front garage(ie. parking for 2 cars). Equipment: 2x double bed with linens (one in every room) kitchen unit (sink, microwave oven, ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, dishes for eating and cooking), bathroom with shower, incl. towels, and toilet. TV, radio. The house has an elevator. Pets are not allowed. Smoking only on balcony.

Recreation and services in surroundings
Ski resort Destne v Orlickych horach is located on the slopes of Zimni kopec (883 m asl). There are approximately 5km of ski slopes of various lengths and difficulty with night skiing, chair lift, snow park, children's ski slope, ski school. In Destne there is no chemist. The basic medicines can be bought in the souvenir shop U Karu (by the municipal office and post office). Shops in Destne are open only from Monday to Friday and partly on Saturday morning.
