Location and access
Mountain cottage is situated in the upper part of the village Loucna pod Klinovcem at an altitude of 950 meters. It is located by the road connecting Loucna pod Klinovcem and ski resort Klinovec. This location offers plenty of beautiful places for summer and winter hiking. Parking is provided on the land near the cottage. Distance from the bottom station of the new chairlift is 650m. For transport to the ski lifts you can use ski bus - free of charge.
Equipment and services
The cottage has a total capacity of 20 beds, divided into three separate apartments. • Apartments A and B are located in the upper two floors of the house. They have area of ​​73m2 and 84m2, for 2x 4(6) persons. In the bottom floor there is an entrance hall, WC, bathroom with shower, living kitchen (stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave oven, electric oven, TV/SAT, small fireplace) and a bedroom for 2 persons. In the upper floor there is bedroom for 2 persons and WC with washbasin. • Apartment C is located in the lower two floors of the house. It consists of two four-bedded (23m2 and 20m2) and 2 double (15m2 and 16m2) rooms, fully equipped kitchen (stove with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, electric kettle, fridge, microwave oven), living room with fireplace, TV/SAT, bathroom with bathtub, bathroom with shower, three toilets, relaxation room with a Jacuzzi whirlpool and massage shower with steam and bath for feet circulation, small cellar to store food, hallway with boxes for skis. The total area of ​​170m2.
