Loučná pod Klínovcem is situated north of mountain Klínovec and east of town Boží Dar.
Today Loučná is a peacefull village, sed for recreation and winter sports. In winter you can ski in
two ski resorts Loučná and Klínovec, which offer excellent conditions for skiers and snowboarders. Cross-country skiers can use maintained cross-country trails that connect to the Ore Mountains Arterial System.
In the surroundings you can plan a large number of cycling and hiking trips for half a day or the whole day. During your trips you can also use the pedestrian crossing and visit the German world-famous winter resort Oberwiesental.
You can also visit Gustav Zindela Gallery in the village, opened in the current municipal office building. Gustav Zindel was a famous painter of the Chomutov region. He lived in Loučná since 1949 and was also chronicler here.
