Cottage Abertamská chata is located 200m from the center of Abertamy at the altitude of 940m in the Ore Mountains. The building consists of the original building and extension (3rd floor). Small garden. Private parking lot. The cottage is ideal for group stays, sports clubs, schools or ski courses. We can also recommend the cottage for family celebrations, weddings, corporate and sport events. Transport and parking: by car: Karlovy Vary (Carlsbad) - Ostrov - Jáchymov - Abertamy (building is located next to the road direction Hřebečná). Parking is by the cottage, for about 10 cars. Bus station on the square, then walking about 200m direction Hřebečná. By train to Pernink, then by bus.

The cottage building has a total of 4 floors - basement, first floor, second floor and attic. In 2019, the construction of a new house was completed, which is connected to the cottage by common areas (ski room, drying room - which is under construction). In the original building, there is a room with drying benches in the basement, which you can use in the winter months. In the summer months, you can use the ski storage room as a bicycle storage room. In the basement of the cottage, there is a large common room with a bar, professional dishwasher, SMART TV, darts and soccer balls for entertainment, there is also something for smaller children. The common room also serves as a dining room, you will find everything you need here - plates, bowls, glasses and glasses, it is also possible to borrow tap equipment. Part of the 1st floor is a fully equipped professional kitchen, which you can use for group cooking. On the 2nd floor, there is a kitchen with a bench and a table in a country style, equipped with a microwave oven, a refrigerator and a kettle. In the attic there is a newly renovated room for various uses, it is not used in winter, it is not heated. Rooms: 1st floor - 13 beds - 1x 5 beds, 2 x 2 beds, 1x 4 beds. 2nd floor - 21 beds - 1x 5 beds, 2 x 2 beds, 2x 4 beds, 1x 3 beds. Attic - 7 beds - 1x 4 beds, 1x 3 beds. The house has the option of connecting to the Internet via WIFI. On the first floor there is a completely renovated bathroom. There are two separate bathrooms for Men / Women, where each of the bathrooms has sleeping areas, toilets and sinks. On the second floor, after the renovation, you will find another bathroom (shared) and one toilet each for men and women. After a complete reconstruction in 2018, our cottage has a total of eight showers and six toilets_see photo gallery. Heating: The heating is central gas storey, controlled by a room thermostat. The separate bathrooms are connected to a central system with a storage tank for hot water. The hot water of the common bathroom on the second floor is provided by a boiler or storage tank.

This location is ideal for winter and summer sports - especially excellent terrain for cross-country skiers (Krušnohorská magistrála and other smaller groomed tracks). In the summer months, it is a very popular location for cyclists and tourists. A large selection of marked hiking and cycling trails of various lengths await you in the vicinity. Among the most popular routes are the educational trail Blatenský příkop or the Boží Dar bog. Come and walk the Abertamy Nature Trails. In winter, the biggest attraction here for cross-country skiers is the nearby Ore Mountain Trail, which runs along the entire length of the ridges of the Ore Mountains. In several places, it allows a transition to Germany, where cross-country trails connect to it. If you prefer downhill skiing, you can use the ski areas in Abertamy, in Pernink or at Neklid in Boží Dar, where skiers, snowboarders and adrenaline lovers - snowtubing and snowkiting - can enjoy themselves. In the summer, the surroundings of Abertamy and Hřebečná offer many other opportunities for an active holiday - picking mushrooms in forests full of mushrooms, picking blueberries and cranberries, getting to know the interesting and eventful history of the borderlands (a number of educational trails have recently been built). You can also visit the Muritus mine, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
