Detailed description of the object

Location and access
Mountain cottage is situated in the village Horni Polubny - Korenov, on the border between Jizera and Giant Mountains. The village is located on the opposite slope of Harrachov, under the Jizerka plateau, with many hiking, cross-country skiing and biking trails. Harrachov is the starting point into the hilly Giant Mountains. Climatic conditions usually provide plenty of snow throughout the winter (average of 120 days a year). Korenov has train connection (every hour), daily bus connection to Prague, resp. cheap taxi services. The distance from Prague is 120km. Three grocery stores, post office, general practitioner (more) and more than 10 restaurants - the closest 150m from the cottage.
Equipment and services
The cottage offers 13 beds in five rooms (3 rooms - 2 beds, 1 room - 3 beds, 1 room - 4 beds). The cottage is equipped to provide you a pleasant accommodation with home atmosphere and also plenty of space for all. Toilets and bathrooms on each floor, three-beds room has its own bathroom. The bedroom are equipped with beds, wardrobes, tables, racks and lamps. The common room (former restaurant) offers fireplace, TV, satellite, pool table, darts and sitting for 13 persons by large massive table with benches or leather sofas placed directly by the fireplace. The modern kitchen is equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, satellite TV, table with five chairs. Sauna and solarium with a relaxation room in the cellar area. There is a south-facing terrace (30m2) with sitting, garden (500m2) with fireplace and grill in summer time. Parking for 4 cars directly by cottage, another parking possibility 100m away.

You can find 3 ski lifts (approx. 300 meters long) in Korenov. Ski centre Harrachov. Waterpark Jablonec about 15km. Restaurants U Rudolfa 200m, Na Vyhlídce 2km, cinema Jas Tanvald - 5km, Ski resort Rejdice, Paseky. The village Jizerka - bike, cross-country skiing - about 4km. Bowling Prichovice 2km. Practitioner - Korenov, hospital in Tanvald.
