Location and access
Guesthouse is situated in the city Smržovka at the foothill of mountain Černá Studnice. Ski lift 5 min walk from the house. Our guesthouse is suitable for families with children which can use our large garden for winter fun. In the summer available fireplace, sandpit and playground. Garden also suitable for a garden party.
Equipment and services
We offer accommodation in 2-3 bed apartments with kitchen and bathroom. The kitchens are equipped with an electric hob, fridge and kitchenware. The guesthouse has its own parking. We also offer stays with breakfast (May - November). Wine bar with a bar in the house - also suitable for various educational events, training, teambuilding and celebrations. Wireless internet is available in the entire house free of charge. Restaurant with year-round operation within walking distance.

Recreation and services in surroundings
There is a ski lift about 200m far from the guesthouse. Lowers of cross-country skiing can improve many very well maintained trails. In the summer there are perfect conditions for tourism and cycling. Forest 10 min. Near restaurant and shop.
