Villa is situated in the central part of mountain village Háj u Loučné, in altitude of 930 m above sea level, near the local road to Klínovec. Parking by the villa all the year round. Free SKIBUS.

Accommodation in 2 apartments for 4-5 persons and in 1 apartment for 10 persons. Apartment for 4-5 persons has bedroom with double-bed, living bedroom with double-bed, settee bed, SAT-LED TV , DVD, radio with CD, bathroom with shower, lavatory and WC. In the hallway of apartment there are kitchen unit (double cooker, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee machine, toaster, utensils, etc) and dinette. You can order also 2 other bedrooms for 2 persons (hallway, bathroom, WC) and 1 large apartment for 10 persons with living room, SAT-LED TV , DVD, Radio with CD, kitchen, two bathrooms with WC and 5 double-bed bedrooms in two floors. Central electric heating. In the villa there are also separate room for ski or bikes. By the villa you can use sands pit for children, garden furniture, grill, fire-place, 2000qm garden.. Excellent signal for handy. WiFi free of charge.

In the surroundings there are bikes livery. You can use many tourist and cycling ways, in winter large ski-centres Klínovec (2,2km), Boží Dar (6km) or Oberwiesental (3km in Germany). You can also visit the biggest czech ZOO in Chomutov with Eurosafari or spa Carlsbad.
